By downloading or using EarnTime, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
EarnTime is a family screen time management app that allows:
- Parents to create tasks with time rewards
- Children to complete tasks and earn screen time
- Automatic app blocking when time runs out
- Family synchronization via iCloud
3. Requirements
- iPhone or iPad with iOS 26.0 or later
- Active iCloud account
- Screen Time (Family Controls) permission granted
4. Subscriptions and purchases
EarnTime offers a free trial, then a Monthly or Yearly auto-renewing subscription or a one-time Lifetime purchase that unlocks full access. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings. Payments are processed by Apple, and refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy. This app uses the standard Apple Terms of Use (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the app only for lawful purposes
- Supervise children's use of the app
- Not attempt to circumvent screen time controls
- Keep your family code secure
6. Disclaimer
EarnTime is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
